Philip J. Meyer specializes in landscape and still life oil painting, concerning himself with the effects of light, shadow and atmosphere.

Mr. Meyer's work is in several private and corporate collections throughout the United States and is represented by The River Gallery, Narrowsburg, NY and The Swan Gallery, Jenkintown, PA. He is a Life Member of the Ridgewood Art Institute, an Artist Member of the Hudson Valley Art Association and a member of The American Artists Professional League. Mr. Meyer feels that art -painting in particular - is "a celebration of God’s gift of vision and the beauty of His creation."
